Shipmanning Phils Inc. (CSPI) is a progressive and dynamic crewing and marine service provider, with an extensively experienced and highly motivated professional team. Strategically located in the heart of the Philippines capital, Manila, CSPI exclusively represents Capital Ship Management Corp. and Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp. as their manning agent in the Philippines.
Capital Shipmanning Phils., Inc. is a manning agency duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Capital Shipmanning Phils., Inc. was incorporated on 2nd July 2008. It was organized to undertake comprehensive handling, management and manning of different types of ocean-going vessels for and on behalf of Capital Ship Management Corp. and Capital-Executive Ship Management Corp., in accordance with the requirements of the International Labour Organization’s Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), striving to establish a good name in the industry by providing efficient, reliable, competent and properly trained seafarers to its principals. In provision of these services, CSPI is ever mindful of the standards of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), as set out in its various resolutions and conventions, with a goal to remain at the forefront of progress in matters of the administration of sea staff provided to its Principals.
The officers of the organization are a successful team of merchant marine management level officers who are well versed in the different aspects of the maritime industry, having wide experience in the field of manning and other maritime services. The expertise of the organizers is the key to CSPI’s becoming a prestigious manning agency in the Philippines.
