In Capital Shipmanning Phils., Inc. we place prime importance in client satisfaction.  To achieve this, we pledge our total, active and personal commitment to Quality in all levels of our activities and ensure all operations are focused on continuous improvement of services.

In order to achieve these high standards of services, CSPI has adopted ISO 9001:2008 as the model for its quality management systems with the commitment to comply to the Maritime Labor Convention ( MLC) statutes relative to manning services.

This policy is appropriate for the purpose of the organization and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing an organization’s quality objectives.

This policy is communicated and understood within the organization and will be reviewed for continuing suitability.

The Management of  CSPI requires employees to recognize the value and importance of the Quality Management System. Compliance with this Policy, procedures, instructions, rules and regulations are mandatory and binding upon all employees.
